Engineering Transformation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Engineering Transformation Manager in Pittsburgh, PA.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Transformation Manager to support the rollout and adoption of engineering systems, processes, and digital tools across a global manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with site teams to drive execution, track progress, remove barriers, and help ensure successful adoption of maintenance, reliability, and asset management initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Asset Management, Maintenance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering operations, asset management, or related project delivery
* Familiarity with SAP PM, CMMS, EAM, or similar maintenance management systems
* Understanding of maintenance planning, asset reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational improvement practices
* Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
