Join Morgan Properties as a Maintenance Service Technician supporting our Park Laureate apartment community in Louisville, KY. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues
Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents
Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards
Communicate professionally with residents and onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates
Base Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
~ Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
~ On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general carpentry
Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Ability to live within a 30-minute commute of the community
Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
