The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, as well as manage existing accounts.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing effective pest management strategies.
• Explain technical solutions and service agreements with confidence and clarity.
• Achieve sales goals through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize company-provided tools and technology to manage sales activities and customer information.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to obtain any required pesticide licenses or certifications (company-paid).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and interact with customers on their premises.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and accessing confined spaces.
• No industry experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
