Job Description

Clinical Coding Specialist (DRG/PEPP) | Nationwide | Remote

The Role

  • Ensure accurate patient case coding from admission to discharge.
  • Support and advise the treatment team on documentation and length of stay management.
  • Process case reviews in coordination with the administrative team.
  • Collaborate digitally with colleagues across various clinic locations.

What You'll Need

  • Medical background and several years of professional experience.
  • Completed further training as a Clinical Coding Specialist or Medical Documentalist.
  • Experience in coding patient cases, ideally within the PEPP system.
  • Familiarity with KIS systems such as Orbis and/or Medico, or willingness to learn.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible work approach with strong MS Office skills.
