Associate Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor This client-facing role combines project delivery, cost consultancy and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will support office growth while progressing towards future team leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead private sector project management and cost consultancy commissions
• Deliver projects from inception through completion
• Develop new client relationships across Birmingham and the West Midlands
• Support office growth, profitability and business planning objectives
• Report project and business performance to the Team Leader Requirements
• MRICS qualified
• Two to five years' post-qualification consultancy experience
• Experience delivering both quantity surveying and project management services
• Strong private sector project leadership experience
• Established Birmingham and West Midlands market knowledge with business development experience Salary & Package
• £70,000–£85,000 salary
• Annual profit share after 12 months
