What a Week Looks Like

Walking into businesses and introducing yourself to decision-makers
●
Sitting down face-to-face with property managers, adjusters, and contractors
●
Running discovery conversations to understand how each partner handles losses
●
Showing up at local industry and networking events
●
Following up with prospects and active partners on a steady schedule
●
Tracking every opportunity in CRM
●
Handing off to operations when a referral becomes an active project

Who Does Well Here

Proven outside sales or business development experience
●
Comfortable walking in cold and starting a conversation
●
Thinks in terms of account value and repeat business, not just this month's close
●
Organized and consistent about follow-up and pipeline management
●
Coachable and willing to work within a defined process
Restoration industry experience is not required. If you can find the right people and keep earning their trust, we can teach the rest.
