Residential HVAC Sales Representative

Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to grow our HVAC business by helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions. In this field-based role, you'll run company-provided and self-generated leads, perform in-home evaluations, and recommend heating and cooling systems that improve comfort and energy efficiency. You'll build trust through clear communication, safety awareness, and follow-through, while working closely with our install and service teams. This position offers ongoing technical training, strong income potential through commissions, and a long-term trade-based career path.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up on residential HVAC leads in assigned territory
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess comfort needs and system conditions
• Present heating and cooling solutions, options, and financing to homeowners
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotes for new systems and replacements
• Close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction and integrity
• Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure smooth job handoff
• Maintain detailed records in CRM of leads, appointments, and outcomes
• Attend product and safety training to stay current on HVAC solutions
• Represent Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning professionally in the field
