Senior Cloud Software Engineer [$338k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Lead software engineering teams across the full software development lifecycle to deliver mission-critical solutions. • Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems focused on large-scale data processing and advanced analytics. • Perform system-level requirements analysis, address problem reports, and evaluate architecture trade-offs. • Deploy and automate applications using AWS cloud environments, Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $338k+ yearly • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph Job Description: • Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and real-time data applications. • Serve as technical lead across multiple software engineering teams, delegating tasks and mentoring team members. • Review and test software components to ensure adherence to design specifications and document test results. • Resolve software problem reports and provide root-cause troubleshooting for complex system issues. • Provide technical input into system design, evaluating hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration. • Deploy applications to AWS cloud environments utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform. • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure quality contr ol across all releases. • Recommend modern technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize performance and scalability.
