Charge Nurse- ICU

Are you an experienced ICU nurse ready to take the next step in your nursing career?

We're looking for a Charge RN to join the 16-bed Intensive Care Unit at Northwest Hospital . This is an opportunity for a strong clinical nurse and leader who enjoys supporting colleagues, coordinating patient care, and helping create a safe, efficient environment for patients and families.

In this leadership role, you will:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based critical care
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team
• Coordinate patient care, assignments, and unit priorities
• Help assess changing patient conditions and facilitate timely interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Advocate for patients and their families
• Support, mentor, and guide fellow nurses and patient-care team members
• Promote safe, standardized, and compassionate patient care

What we're looking for:

• 2-3 years of nursing experience
• ICU/critical-care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, collaborative approach to patient care

Pay Range: $40.12 to $62.19 Based On Experience
