The Role • Oversee and monitor individual manufacturing steps within the process chain. • Provide support for equipment maintenance and upkeep. • Operate filling, control, and cleaning machines, as well as depalletizers. • Execute supplementary pharmaceutical measures to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly. • Generate comprehensive documentation in line with the process chain. • Ensure all activities are performed according to standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on GMP and SGU standards. What You'll Need • Completed degree or technical training in a natural science or technical field. • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry. • Experience working in cleanroom environments and with aseptic manufacturing processes. • Good command of written and spoken German, along with sufficient IT skills (e.g., MS-Office, SAP). • Willingness and ability to work in a shift system. • High degree of personal responsibility and self-motivation to learn new technical concepts related to plant engineering.
