Required: 8+ years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, IT Resiliency, IBM Mainframe (z/OS), VMware, Linux/Windows, and Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong expertise in SAN Storage, Data Replication, DR Testing, Recovery Planning, and Infrastructure Management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or IT Resiliency roles.
• Handson understanding of:
• IBM mainframe environments (z/OS, JCL, schedulers, storage replication)
• Linux and Windows/x86 systems
• Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi)
• Cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS)
• SAN storage, networking, and data replication technologies
• Prior experience coordinating DR exercises with thirdparty recovery providers (Recovery ---Point experience preferred).
• Excellent project management, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work across diverse technical teams and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.
