Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in scientific writing, literature reviews, knowledge management, project coordination, and education or training support.
• Strong executive communication, time management, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related discipline, with skills in research coordination, compliance, data management, and analytics.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting multi-site clinical research, IRB processes, research governance, or government consulting clients.
• Familiarity with Military Health System data platforms (M2, MDR, GENESIS) and scientific abstracts or poster preparation.
