The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board systems. • Assist with maintenance and repair tasks. • Review production data for machine and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. • Ensure the quality of finished products. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or willingness to learn as a career changer with technical aptitude. • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility. • High level of reliability and independent initiative, particularly in maintenance and repair. • Strong quality awareness. • Readiness for shift work.
