We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impactful organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with special educational and mental health needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference within your community through flexible and trauma-informed teaching.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 (depending on your expertise).
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to support vulnerable learners.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Adhere to safeguarding practices and create a safe learning environment.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
