Job Description

Preferred Qualifications

  • Harness GitOps / Argo CD experience
  • Experience migrating Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
  • Harness RBAC, governance, secrets, connectors, delegates, and reusable pipeline templates
  • AWS EKS or Azure AKS experience
  • DevSecOps experience
  • Experience with SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, or similar security platforms
  • Experience with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, or other artifact repositories
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar observability platforms
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Harness CI/CD pipelines
  • Develop reusable pipeline templates and deployment standards
  • Integrate Harness with Git, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, artifact repositories, security tools, and monitoring platforms
  • Migrate legacy Jenkins and other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
  • Implement automated deployment, verification, rollback, and release strategies
  • Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline issues
  • Establish CI/CD best practices and DevOps standards
  • Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams
  • Support enterprise DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives
