The Role

• Lead strategic talent acquisition for critical technology roles.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven ability to navigate challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders at various levels.
