Product Manager - Business Process

Location: New York City - address coming soon 

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (full-time onsite preferred)

Duration: 3-month initial assignment with potential extensions

Ø  Manager is seeking a resource with robust experience in process design and product development.

Ø  Candidate must be capable of fully taking over and redesigning the IC process while maintaining ongoing operational effectiveness.

Ø  Looking for someone who can create a seamless enterprise-wide experience while preserving the governance and importance of the process.

Ø  AI knowledge is considered a plus.

Position and Company Summary: 

This person will own and continuously improve the end-to-end Investment Committee (IC) operating model. Additionally, this role ensures submissions progress efficiently from intake through decision and follow-up, enabling globally consistent, transparent, and strategically aligned decision-making without repeated intervention from senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities: Own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the IC framework, documentation, templates, controls, and supporting tools. Manage all IC submissions from initial intake through approval, ensuring they are complete, well-structured, and decision-ready. Establish clear ownership, timelines, operating rhythms, and escalation routes. Resolve blockers, guide and challenge stakeholders, coordinate meeting operations with the IC Administrative Coordinator, and ensure decisions and actions are accurately recorded and closed. Leverage stakeholder feedback, automation, AI, and fit-for-purpose technology to improve the process and user experience.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience owning and operating a complex, cross-functional business process end to end. Strong process management, governance, documentation, controls, and continuous-improvement capabilities. Innovative and solutions-oriented, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, written communication, and business-writing skills. Confident creating structure, challenging assumptions, driving accountability, and working effectively across global teams and time zones. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, with experience evaluating and implementing technology, automation, AI, or customized solutions.

Ø  Ensure submissions are complete, well-structured, and decision-ready.

Ø  Establish ownership models, timelines, governance standards, and escalation paths.

Ø  Drive process improvements utilizing automation, technology, and AI where appropriate.

Ø  Coordinate IC meeting operations and ensure accurate recording and closure of decisions and action items.

Ø  Maintain governance and documentation repositories for IC records and supporting materials.

Required Experience & Qualifications
