Key Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment and documentation of Salesforce, Forge, PriceFX, and related commercial applications.
• Build and validate application profiles, business process maps, entity flows, integration inventories, and system dependency documentation.
• Assess impacts resulting from Oracle Fusion design decisions and future-state architecture delivered by Infosys.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications, remediation requirements, and supporting documentation needed to execute changes to impacted commercial applications.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, BRMs, BSAs, application owners, and technical teams to identify impacts, risks, dependencies, and required remediation.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Boundary Systems Lead while helping establish workstream governance, documentation standards, and execution plans.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years leading enterprise application, Salesforce/CRM, sales, pricing, or commercial transformation programs.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, pricing, customer master data, and customer-facing business processes preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large ERP(Oracle Fusion) transformation programs and assessing downstream application impacts.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and work across business and technology organizations.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation, technical specification, and executive communication skills.

• Candidate must be a seasoned Salesforce Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with both:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
• Should be able to define solution architecture, integration approaches, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

2. Business Stakeholder Communication

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders on-site.
• Should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and articulating technical recommendations in business terms.

3. Leadership and Team Management

• Must have experience leading project teams and driving solution delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with offshore technical teams, including developers, administrators, and integration specialists.
• Should be comfortable providing technical direction, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
