The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and compassionate support.
• Perform classic aged care duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Cultivate trusting relationships with residents' families, medical professionals, and colleagues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse.
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in aged care or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
