  • Actively identify, remove, and escalate impediments while coordinating with stakeholders to resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to optimize delivery.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for Agile team members.
  • Lead and develop high-performing service delivery, technical, and functional teams.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Program Management or Scrum Master
  • 5+ years in IT consulting leading technical delivery teams. Commitment to fostering an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP) and Agile Program Management best practices.
  • Handle capacity planning and ensure resource availability across projects

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Manage client and account-level service delivery
  • Screen and select qualified technical talent for project roles
  • Calculate and manage resource pricing and project budgets
