They are a rapidly expanding, family-owned organization committed to transforming healthcare and improving the lives of both patients and team members. The Role • Direct and administer the day-to-day operations of multiple medical centers, overseeing budget, staffing, and patient volume. • Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence and growth, ensuring patient experience goals are met or exceeded. • Train, mentor, and develop center leaders and operational teams, fostering upward mobility and business growth. • Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and align outcomes with organizational objectives. • Manage the execution of key operational outcomes, coordinating with various departments to ensure market resource availability. • Oversee financial statements and concepts within a service organization, driving growth and controlling expenses. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, budget management, finance, or a closely related industry. • Minimum of 2 years of direct management/leadership experience in a customer/client service environment. • Advanced knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and operations. • Highly developed business acumen, relationship management skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen understanding of business controls and operations.
