What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare administration, budget management, finance, or a closely related industry. • Minimum of 2 years of direct management/leadership experience in a customer/client service environment. • Advanced knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and operations. • Highly developed business acumen, relationship management skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a keen understanding of business controls and operations.
