Job Description

Foot-mobile role in London. You keep our buildings legally compliant and prove it with statutory testing and evidence.

The work is fast-paced and we welcome ambitious candidates looking to steeply progress their career in maintenance and engineering.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Carrying out statutory testing across our London portfolio: emergency lighting, fire alarm, water temperatures and flushing, fire door inspections, dry risers.
  • Logging every result the same day — readings, photos, certificates, asset records.
  • Flagging failures and defects immediately to the team.

Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform - the AI that runs the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.

We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.

About You

  • You are a careful and methodical worker, interested in growing your experience in property maintenance
  • Experienced with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Basic maths skills.
  • An experienced problem solver - you can think outside the box to come up with solutions.
  • Good communication ability and confidence in front of clients. You will be representing Reeve in a professional manner.
  • Well-organised with good attention to detail.
  • Health and safety is a priority and you can spot problems before they happen.
  • Comfortable working alone and also as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • No specific qualifications are required, but Legionella / L8 water hygiene training, Lone Working and Electrical Safety training is preferred.

All candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

1. Initial phone call with a member of the maintenance team.

2. In person interview with Michael O'Dwyer (Maintenance Manager) and Charlotte Vaughan-Reynolds (Head of Operations)

3. Final interview with Simon Warner (COO)
