Requirements

  • Experience : 5.5 - 9 Years
  • Strong experience with OpenText Content Server and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing and customizing WebReports, LiveReports, and complex workflows.
  • Experience designing and implementing OpenText Smart UI customizations and CSUI SDK widgets.
  • Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Server administration, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Experience working with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and platform security configurations.
  • Solid understanding of REST API development and integration with external applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and web-based application development.
  • Strong experience with SQL query development, database schema analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.
  • Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, and application server administration.
  • Experience performing large-scale content and document migration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, categories, forms, templates, Active Views, and Perspectives.
  • Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and RDS.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in production support environments and manage critical incidents.

 

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and support OpenText ECM solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and customize OpenText Content Server components, including Smart UI customizations.
  • Develop and enhance advanced WebReports and LiveReports to support business processes and reporting needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex workflow solutions within the OpenText ecosystem.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs with external enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Utilize OpenText CSUI SDK widgets to build and enhance user interfaces and functionality.
  • Perform Content Server administration activities, including system upgrades, patching, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Manage object import/export activities, environment configurations, and deployment processes.
  • Execute large-scale document and data migration projects across enterprise repositories.
  • Create and maintain forms, form templates, Active Views, and Perspectives.
  • Configure and manage categories, metadata definitions, and content classification structures.
  • Administer and support OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Content Server security configurations.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and work extensively with Content Server database schemas.
  • Configure indexes, partitions, distributed agents, and performance-related settings.
  • Monitor system health, platform performance, logs, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Configure and manage web and application servers, including Apache and Tomcat.
  • Support solution documentation, testing, deployments, post-production enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work within Linux-based environments to support OpenText platforms and related applications. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
