πŸš€Vocational/Employability Tutor – Leicester (Part-Time)

Hours: 21.5 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
Salary: Β£26,000 - Β£30,000 (Β£14,900 - Β£17,200 pro-rata)
Office based: Juniper Training, 34 Pocklingtons Walk, Leicester. LE1 6BU.

🎯 Deliver Dynamic Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
πŸ“ Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
πŸ“š Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
🀝 Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
πŸ“Š Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
🀩 Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
πŸš€ Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

βœ” A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
βœ” A passion for helping people succeed
βœ” Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
βœ” Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
