The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks.
• Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain positive customer interactions.
• Represent the company with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction.
• Take initiative and make sound decisions to resolve issues for customers.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
