The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed training or state examination as a qualified nurse, registered nurse, or geriatric nurse, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience in essential nursing procedures such as basic care, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and pressure sore prevention.
• Empathy and excellent communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• A responsible and proactive approach to patient care and emergency response.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
