About the Role
Join a fintech product team as a senior engineer focused on design and frontend craft. You will turn complex mortgage workflows into intuitive experiences, bringing thoughtful visual design and production-quality engineering together.
What You'll Do
Own the experience from wireframes in Figma through implementation in React and TypeScript.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library using shadcn/ui.
Create accessible, production-ready components with careful ARIA, keyboard, and focus management.
Partner with product and engineering to make complex mortgage workflows clear and easy to use.
Set and maintain visual and interaction standards across the product.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of experience in a design engineering, frontend, or full-stack software engineering role, with senior-level experience.
A production engineering background with strong React and TypeScript skills and a sharp eye for interface detail.
Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
Strong Figma skills, including libraries, variants, and auto-layout.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and tools such as shadcn/ui.
Background building complex, data-dense B2B SaaS interfaces or polished consumer products, ideally in a growth-oriented, design-forward environment.
A portfolio or personal site demonstrating high-quality visual and interaction design is valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $150,000 to $350,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
