The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve exceptional sales performance and customer service standards. • Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure they are proficient in sales strategies and club operations. • Drive financial performance by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing action plans to meet membership sales goals. • Oversee quality control to ensure a consistent and positive member experience from initial contact to ongoing engagement. • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth. • Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to strategize, reinforce training, and address any performance concerns.
