Graduate Business Analyst Flexible Hours & Rotations

Blacktown City Council invites graduates to join a rotational Graduate Business Analyst program from mid-February 2027. You will analyze data, map processes and gather stakeholder requirements across People and Culture, Corporate Strategy and Performance, and Finance.

You'll build dashboards with Excel and Power BI to highlight trends and opportunities. This entry-level role offers a term contract up to 2 years, flextime, 12% superannuation, and ongoing training.
