The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Manage own stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Work autonomously and independently, making informed decisions for each customer service.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on light vehicles.
• Represent the company professionally and provide advice and support to customers.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to daily challenges.
