Hybrid IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st Line Support

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a Full Time IT Service Desk Analyst in Rowville, Victoria. The role supports our network of stores, warehouses and offices across Australia, New Zealand and SE Asia with 1st-level IT services during core hours.

It offers on-site training, excellent salary, and a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH, 3 days in office). Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager, you will provide 1st-level support, monitor queues, resolve incidents, and escalate where required.
