SAP Order to Cash - Sales & Customer Fulfillment SME

We have an opening for a SAP Order to Cash – Sales & Customer Fulfillment SME in Dublin, Ohio. Start date is ASAP and will last for 1 YEAR or more.

• Start date is 10/1 and this is at least a year and could go longer. 
• Will interview ASAP and client will interview ASAP.
• Local only - travel is not sustainable for this possible long-term role.  Can relocate but must be there by day 1. M-Th onsite every week.  Will NOT pay expenses.

Rate: 65-77/hr all inclusive

Skills (ADVANCED/EXPERT):

• 5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.
• SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required

Description: 

Purpose: Lead & design integrated sales & customer processes (functional SME support).

Key Responsibilities:
·       Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service).
·       Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.
·       Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
·       Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
·       Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.
·       Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.

Required Skills:
·       S/4 Finance certification preferred.
·       5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.
·       Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.
·       Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
