Location: Swindon/London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus

Your Role

In this key position, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging your excellent communication skills in French and English to engage clients effectively.
• Lead implementation of client changes from initial requirements gathering through product acceptance and rollout.
• Manage multiple parallel work streams, including IT and related activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Introduce change management processes focused on minimizing impact to ongoing client services and mitigating risks.
• Negotiate client objectives and scope adjustments to meet agreed timelines and phased delivery plans.
• Oversee project delivery across internal teams, third-party partners, suppliers, and clients—identifying and resolving delays and obstacles.
• Conduct detailed planning, estimate efforts, and provide clear status reporting both internally and to clients.
• Support and inspire your colleagues, fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven technical delivery experience managing complex projects.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort working within technology-focused environments and solving client business challenges.
• A results-oriented mindset: self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently to achieve objectives.
• A positive, enthusiastic, and resilient attitude, with strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
