The Role

• Lead the capture and development of high-value opportunities within the UK public sector.
• Define and execute customer engagement strategies, involving senior stakeholders as needed.
• Develop winning strategies that differentiate offerings and meet client requirements.
• Assemble and lead high-performing capture teams, providing inspired leadership.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers to develop high-quality proposals, ensuring win themes are addressed.
• Manage internal stakeholder engagement through deal governance stages.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in securing new business within the UK public sector (National and Devolved Government, National Security, and Defence).
• Ability to sell multi-discipline IT and system integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of sales and capture strategy, with demonstrable business development leadership.
• Experience in Capture/Pursuit leadership, winning complex IT services opportunities over £20 million.
• Capability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.
