The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of services including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles. • Manage your own van stock, complete necessary reporting, and maintain excellent customer interactions. • Represent the company with pride and professionalism during every customer visit. • Adapt to a varied daily workload, embracing new challenges and solutions. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Ability to think independently and make sound decisions on-site. What's On Offer • Competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings up to £52,000. • Option for guaranteed overtime at £30 per hour after the first month. • Provided tools, diagnostic kit, van, fuel card, and full uniform. • 23 days of holiday (rising to 25), plus bank holidays, and support for work-life balance.
