£425 Inside ir35 SC Cleared Project Manager 12 Months<br />3 Days a week onsite in Newcastle or Birmingham text: Large UK health/public sector client<br />Project: Transforming the client’s observability/monitoring platform – migrating from a legacy monitoring solution to a modern observability platform (e.g.

Dynatrace) across the estate.<br />Team Model:

Multidisciplinary, hybrid-delivery team with a delivery lead and technical SMEs/estimators supporting the PM.Experience &amp; Domain<br />Public sector experience – ideally UK government / health &amp; public sector.<br />Complex transformation delivery:<br />Comfort operating in complex, multi-system environments.<br />Experience managing technical transformation and modernisation work (e.g. retiring legacy stacks, upgrading Java/Spring Boot, large-scale tech refresh).<br />Exposure to DevOps environments:<br />Doesn’t have to be hands-on engineer, but should understand DevOps-focused delivery, tooling, and ways of working.<br />Strong project management track record:<br />Planning and running delivery for complex technical programmes.<br />Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.<br />Working closely with a delivery lead and technical SMEs rather than being the sole lead.<br />Baseline:

BPSS is acceptable, especially for non-production work.<br />Preferred: SC clearance (or at least SC-eligible) is strongly preferred, particularly as the PM’s remit and exposure grow.

Client will prioritise candidates with existing SC if possible.Ways of Working<br />Comfortable operating in a hybrid model:<br />Agile ways of working (scrum/kanban, ceremonies) “as agile as possible”.<br />But also able to handle T&amp;M / SoW constraints and bring Agile + commercial/contractual realities together.<br />Able to work within consulting-style expectations:<br />“T-shaped consultant” mindset – some flexibility to stretch across activities and adapt to different demands within the account.<br />Primary location:

Newcastle (core team is Newcastle-based).<br />Secondary location: Birmingham (some core team members there; they travel to Newcastle roughly every three weeks
