• Hands-on experience coordinating multiple Agile teams or pods in a matrixed product and engineering environment.
• They will Lead large scale transformation and delivery initiatives across multiple teams
• Drive execution, accountability, and alignment across cross functional stakeholders
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to delivery teams while helping elevate overall team performance
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including work hierarchy, workflows, dashboards, roadmaps, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.
