Job Description

We are looking for motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our remote recruitment team. We are open to hiring Junior Bench Sales Recruiters and s who are interested in US IT staffing and willing to work in US shifts.

The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench candidates, identifying job requirements, coordinating with vendors/recruiters, and generating interview opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote consultants on bench to suitable client/vendor requirements.
• Work with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, and other US staffing platforms.
• Search and identify suitable requirements for consultants.
• Communicate with vendors, recruiters, and implementation partners.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate submissions.
• Follow up on submitted resumes and interview processes.
• Maintain daily submission, interview, and placement reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiters.
• Track consultant availability, skills, location, visa status, and preferences.
• Update candidate profiles and resumes according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of US IT Staffing / Bench Sales.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of US time zones and US IT job market is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
• Knowledge of Dice, LinkedIn, and other job portals is a plus.
