Title: Product Owner (Product Manager)
Duration: 4 months to start but will be extended and most likely will be long term, right to hire.
Overview
Our client s Digital Health team is seeking a meticulous and driven Product Owner to support a fastpaced portfolio focused on improving clinical and operational care journeys. This is a highimpact, detailoriented role supporting products already in production, where you ll help guide enhancements, manage communications, and synthesize insights that directly shape healthcare delivery.
The team partners closely with clinical, operational, and engineering stakeholders to continuously improve digital tools supporting cancer screenings, chronic condition management, and documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage features and enhancements through the full product lifecycle
- Build and refine executivelevel decks and presentations
- Draft clear, concise product documentation, requirements, and stakeholder communications
- Partner closely with engineering teams and Epic module teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables
- Analyze product and operational data to identify patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Support digital initiatives across:
- Care journeys
- Cancer and chronic condition screenings
- Documentation and workflow technology
- Ensure clarity, quality, and consistency across all product and communication artifacts
- Operate effectively within an Agile delivery model
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-3+ years of experience in product, technology, consulting, or a related field (years are flexible)
- Experience in healthcare or another highly regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to spot trends and patterns in data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable documenting product requirements
- Confident working with multiple engineering and technical teams
- Experience supporting products already in market, delivering iterative enhancements rather than greenfield builds
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Curious, proactive mindset with an interest in healthcare systems and digital innovation
