Looking for an IAM Analyst to join a long-term 24-month contract supporting Identity & Access Management operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Role: IAM Analyst

What you'll work on

Identity & Access Management (IAM) administration
Quarterly & Annual Access Reviews
ServiceNow & JIRA ticket management
RSA SecurID / MFA administration
Active Directory
IAM & IT Change Management projects
Dashboard monitoring & IAM mailbox support
SQL and IAM documentation

What we're looking for

? Experience with ServiceNow and/or JIRA
? Knowledge of Active Directory & IAM
? Familiarity with SQL
? Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Strong MS Office experience
? Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
