The Role

• Perform general ledger and sub-ledger transaction recording.
• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation.
• Engage in process improvement activities and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Handle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
• Process payroll and related journal entries.
• Account for inventory, prepaid expenses, and accruals.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with two years of experience, or five years as a Staff Accountant.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes and systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
