Technical Architect - DELMIA / Apriso

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in DELMIA and Apriso Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support enterprise manufacturing transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing DELMIA-based solutions that enhance manufacturing operations, digital manufacturing capabilities, and shop floor execution processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing systems, MES/MOM solutions, enterprise integrations, and digital transformation programs within aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate manufacturing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, configure, and enhance DELMIA and Apriso applications to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
  • Provide technical and functional leadership across DELMIA modules, including:
  • Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Digital Manufacturing
  • Architect and support integrations between DELMIA and enterprise applications such as:
  • SAP or other ERP platforms
  • ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions
  • CATIA and related engineering systems
  • Develop technical specifications, architecture documentation, process flows, and deployment guides.
  • Lead solution design reviews, testing activities, deployments, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for resolution.
  • Provide guidance, training, and best practices to business users and project teams.
  • Evaluate new DELMIA capabilities and recommend continuous improvements aligned with industry best practices.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

Must-Have

  • Strong experience with DELMIA D5
  • Strong experience with Apriso MES
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and digital manufacturing concepts
  • Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing applications with ERP and PLM platforms
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:
  • SAP ERP
  • ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX)
  • CATIA
  • Manufacturing system integrations and middleware technologies
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Digital Thread initiatives
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with DELMIA, Apriso, MES, MOM, or related manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing transformation programs.
  • Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading solution architecture, implementation, or upgrade projects.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • DELMIA Certification
  • Apriso Certification
  • Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE certifications
  • Relevant Manufacturing or MES certifications

Work Environment

  • Hybrid work model depending on project requirements.
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing plants, customer locations, and project sites.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $45/hour

Pay Range Maximum: $75/hour

A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
