Senior Project Manager

This is a construction site-based role. Applicants must have Senior Project Manager experience. Candidates without construction project management experience will not be considered.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected construction companywith an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality building projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a project in Kent.

As the Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of aconstruction project, leading the project from site through to completion.

This is a predominantly site-based position in Kent, with occasional visits to the company's office.

• Lead the delivery of a construction project from start to completion.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and the wider project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, programme and commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Drive programme, quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

To be considered, you must have:

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager within the UK construction industry.
• A proven track record of delivering construction projects valued up to £15 million.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to resolve challenges proactively.
