The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Lead DACH (Consumer Health) who combines strategic marketing expertise with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving growth. In this highly visible role, you will be the local ambassador for our consumer health portfolio across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, leading the development and execution of brand and commercial strategies that maximize business performance and market impact.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and key external partners, you will take full ownership of the local business, ensuring the successful implementation of global strategies while identifying and unlocking opportunities tailored to local market needs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands, inspiring teams, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Financial Management

  • Drive sustainable growth by achieving agreed sales, profit and market share targets across the Consumer Healthcare portfolio.
  • Take full ownership of the local Brand P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Deliver key business KPIs, including financial performance, forecasting accuracy, market share growth and strategic project execution.
  • Optimize marketing and commercial investments to maximize return on investment and business impact.

Commercial Management

  • Lead the commercial strategy and execution across the DACH region to deliver profitable channel growth.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, customers and third-party partners, including contract negotiations and performance management.
  • Develop and implement effective route-to-market, trade and channel strategies to ensure optimal market coverage and commercial success.
  • Drive e-commerce and digital growth initiatives in line with the global digital strategy.
  • Monitor commercial performance, identify opportunities and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Equip sales teams and external partners with the tools, insights and support needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high levels of engagement with Norgine brands.

Consumer Marketing

  • Adapt and implement global brand strategies to meet local market needs and drive market share growth.
  • Lead the development and execution of local brand and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Deliver impactful marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring measurable business results.
  • Collaborate closely with media agencies and internal stakeholders to maximize brand visibility across all relevant channels, with a strong focus on digital.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize activities based on agreed KPIs and market insights.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with global and local teams, including Marketing, Digital, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other operational functions.
  • Contribute to annual and long-term business planning while sharing best practices to support global brand development.

SKILLS

  • Strategic mindset with a strong commercial vision.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
  • Highly analytical, results-driven and customer-focused.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently while successfully leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Adaptable, resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience in brand marketing and/or commercial leadership roles within the Consumer Healthcare and/or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable growth, building brands and managing commercial performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams, external partners and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong P&L management experience with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
