PeopleSoft FSCM Business Analyst

Top Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience as a PeopleSoft Business Analyst
• Strong functional experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable (AP) module
• Experience with PeopleSoft Expense (EX) module
• Techno-functional expertise including:
• PeopleTools
• Basic SQL (reading and writing simple queries)
• Functional configuration
• Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Test scenarios and regression testing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-2 functional support for PeopleSoft AP & Expense modules
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and Help Desk tickets
• Configure PeopleSoft AP and Expense modules
• Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Design Documents
• Work closely with developers on system enhancements and bug fixes
• Perform system, integration, and regression testing
• Create and maintain test scripts and business documentation
• Update user guides and training materials
• Communicate with business users and provide functional support throughout issue resolution

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules is highly preferred:

• Contracts
• Project Costing
• Receivables
• Billing
• General Ledger
• Purchasing
• Travel & Expenses

Additional experience in:

• Fit-Gap Analysis
• Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Functional Specifications
• SharePoint Issue Tracking
• SDLC (Analysis, Design, Build, Testing & Go-Live)
• End User Training
• Post-Production Support
