Job Description

Job Title:PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: New Jersey, NJ Onsite

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Experience: 12+ Years

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with 12+ years of PeopleSoft experience who can work across both functional requirements and technical implementation.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience
  • Strong PeopleSoft Techno-Functional expertise
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
  • Strong SQL and database experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft integrations/interfaces and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft application architecture and customization
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
  • Functional analysis, technical design, development, enhancements, and production support
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and offshore/onshore teams
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and issue-resolution skills
  • Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, or enhancements is preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
