The Role

• Conduct expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs directly at customer locations.
• Manage and maintain a personal vehicle stock, including essential tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Engage with customers, providing advice and representing the brand with pride and professionalism.
• Handle a variety of automotive issues, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required for service operations.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
