IT Business Analyst – PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM

Location: Wayne, PA – 100% Remote
Duration: 6–12+ Months
Employment: W2 Only – No C2C / No 1099

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong, recent PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM experience.

Mandatory PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Experience:

Candidates must have hands-on experience with ALL of the following modules:

• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Warehouse Operations
• Manufacturing

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and management
• Requirements workshops and solution elaboration sessions
• Functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• SIT and UAT support
• Defect triage and resolution validation
• PeopleSoft integrations with external applications
• APIs, web services, middleware, and data interfaces
• Supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, and inventory management processes
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams

Nice to Have:

• Life Sciences industry experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and requirements workshops
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
• Collaborate with development teams on solution design
• Perform impact analysis and requirements traceability
• Develop test scenarios and support SIT/UAT
• Manage defect triage and validate resolutions
• Support deployment, training, and change management activities
