Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $50/hr on w2

Role Overview:
Seeking a Contract Employee Services Generalist to support HR operations during a leave of absence. This role ensures seamless HR service delivery, enhances employee experience, and drives process improvements by partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage complex HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, leaves, stock options, onboarding, offboarding, and international transfers.

·       Develop, document, and improve HR processes, work instructions, job aids, and playbooks.

·       Collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent Acquisition teams to standardize services and improve knowledge management.

·       Lead or contribute to HR projects while ensuring regional compliance with employment and labor laws.

·       Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

·       3–4+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role.

·       Strong understanding of employment and labor laws.

·       Experience with project management, Agile methodologies, and process optimization.

·       Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

·       Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

·       Skilled in creating clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

·       Bachelor''s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); HR certifications are a plus.
