Job Description

Rehab Tech | Full-Time | Pediatrics

At H2 Health Kids, we believe that helping children reach their milestones starts with great teamwork. As a Rehab Tech in our outpatient pediatric clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting children, families, therapists, and the clinic as a whole. Whether you're starting your healthcare career or bringing experience with you, you'll thrive in our clinician-led, family-focused environment.

Our Rehab Techs assist in the daily flow of pediatric therapy services, working closely with licensed clinicians to deliver a fun, engaging, and supportive care experience for children across a variety of developmental and rehabilitation needs. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on pediatric clinical experience, work side-by-side with licensed therapists, and jumpstart your career in healthcare.

Your Role:

  • Assist therapists during pediatric treatment sessions to ensure child safety and engagement
  • Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment to maintain a clean, welcoming, kid-friendly environment
  • Encourage and motivate children during therapeutic activities and exercises
  • Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation
  • Monitor therapy supplies and assist with daily clinic operations

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare, childcare, education, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assist children and move equipment as needed
  • CPR certification a plus
  • Ability to engage positively with children and families
  • Competitive hourly pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match
  • PTO, paid holidays, and company-paid life insurance
  • Growth opportunities in healthcare administration and operations
  • Work-life balance with flexible scheduling options
  • Supportive, clinician-led team culture
  • Additional perks: parental leave, employee rewards, discounts, and recognition programs
